Yaz Litigation's Document Production Could Weigh 200 Tons | Toledo, Ohio Yaz Lawyer
Bayer has already produced approximately 40 million pages from over 130 sources in the litigation for Yaz and there is a request that they produce more. The claims against Bayer are extensive, some even say that Yaz caused injury to the kidneys and disorders in the blood stream.
The argument comes in that the request for more documents of the plaintiff's side is unnecessary and there is no way they would be able to review all of the documents in a reasonable amount of time. Even though Bayer thinks that the request is too much, they have agreed to produce 20 to 30 million more pages. This will put the document production for the Yaz case as weighing about 200 tons.
